The stylists make their own schedules, so just calling the salon's # won't get you very far. To make an appointment I went into the salon and got the stylists contact information - then contacted her directly.

My hair was not straight the day after my blowout and Brittany's response was I could pay to have it done again. The "deep conditioning" treatment consists of conditioner being put in a plastic cup to take home. Worst customer service ever.
