They won’t deal with you on groupons and said they quit using Groupon because they lost $$.
Too many extra hidden fees on top of Groupon costs that the store wanted to charge .
It’s definitely not just buy the Groupon and your all set like a dining deal.
$69.98 for an oil change there’s plenty of bigger auto stores for cheaper same service.

Be prepared to spend an hour and a half there as they insist on doing a full inspection of the vehicle along with the oil change.
Had a real problem getting them to accept the printed voucher. They wanted to see it on my phone and I only had it on my computer at home; didn't have my phone with me.
They did quite a thorough inspection of the car and then quite a hard sell to do the work now. I could be wrong, but $130/hr for labour seems to me to be at the high end. I believe one could find flushing the cooling system and replacing two hoses on a Toyota a lot cheaper than $393.

I will not be going back to this place. I had a few minor issues on my car and the manager exaggerated the issues to sell me on massive repairs. Not a good place to send your wife or daughter, or anyone if they don’t know much about vehicles and get intimidated or easily sold. However, my oil change was good.

We thrive to make everyone happy and keep everyone informed on the repairs needed on their vehicle and prefer for you to know what is going on with your vehicle and let you make an informed decision. And I can tell you that your fender cover that shredded and wrapped around your axle and is rubbing on your brake hose is definitely something we felt you should see and be informed of. But again we Sorry we didn't meet your expectations.
