It was never redeemed. I ordered cupcakes and never heard a thing. Waste of my money.

Horrible....unprofessional. I placed an order with them over a month ago, day of pick up pictures of cupcake was text to me. Cupcakes look like a third grader did them. When I express my dislike and asked to have them fixed...I received a nasty attitude and they wouldn't take my calls, they only responded via text. I was told to contact Groupon with my issues. very unprofessional and I would never do business with them again

I got cupcakes for my boyfriend's birthday and was told that they would be ready on the 5th for his party. When I contacted them to pick them up they were not ready because they had the date wrong. I was extremely disappointed but I understand things happen so I wasn't mad. I wasn't going to write a review but they haven't responded to my refund request in days which is horrible customer service.

The cake was really good and looked nice but not what my son asked for at all. when we told the company that is not what I ordered, she stated "oh..well that's what was on the order ticket". They didn't care and we had to go pick it up from the house because she was going to charge a delivery fee. We were told to be there at a certain time and arrived at that time. my husband sat there waiting for 30 mins because the lady was asleep inside.
