Heather was very nice. Upon arrive I was immediately greeted. I felt comfortable from the moment I laid on the table to the time I left. She moved my body in ways I didn’t think they could be stretched. She talked me through problem areas she found and also offered stretches to do at home until my body got loosened. I definitely needed this and will try to book at least once a month!
