It was a lot of fun in the staff was really helpful. They were great with the kids. And it was a very interesting facility with lots of options for all different levels and interests in climbing.

The Play Factory was the perfect venue for my two adventurous toddler grandchildren, ages 2 & 3. It was safe, contained and designed with these two in mind. The climbing gym was easy for them to maneuver and the huge slide offered exciting social and physical challenges. The detached toddler area with books and a small bounce house is a perfect cool down from the pace of the larger play area.

The pictures make the facility look bigger than it is. They do not do upkeep on the tethers that the kids climb up on, my daughter's leg went through one of the holes because it is not maintained. When I told the staff they were very unbothered by the situation. The only reason I am giving it a 3 is due to good location and a fun idea, but put some money into the facility for safety.

Make sure you bring socks. No supervision. Poor repair and lots of things that require quarters to use the rides.
