I am not happy with my brows. They are not even and the lines are not thin hairlike strokes. They are thick and unnatural. I am just lucky my brow hair hides most of what Tracy did. Also I did not enjoy the ambiance of the back room storage closet where she does the procedures. I will not be returning for my touchup that I paid for. I hope they fade soon.

This place was filthy! Although it appeared I was the first client of the day, I was shown to lie down on soiled paper covering the procedure table. Tracy was unable to finish in one sitting because my eyes were sensitive, but I have not been able to reach her, after several attempts, to discuss setting up additional appointments to finish the job. This means I've paid for incomplete service and the current results are very light and uneven. I will have to go to another aesthetician to have the eyeline completed. A complete waste of money!

Of course with a semi-permanent service (microblading) I was nervous to try somewhere I didnt know. But the entire experience was great. Tracy really cares about her work and it shows. My Moms eyebrows came out AMAZING! We couldnt be happier. Dont hesitate to book for microblading!
