It's Arizona, so "winter" has a different connotation here, but it's a luxury to have an outdoor skating rink with real ice. I did prefer it last year when the rink had more of a "Winter Wonderland" theme and decor.
And, it would be better if the rink was larger, but I totally understand the challenges of an ice rink when daytime temps are in the upper 60s and low 70s.
So, small or not, I love the experience.

We had fun, but the rink was small and crowded with a lot of kids and people who couldn't skate which seemed hazardous! But we had fun nonetheless.
