Fat City Franks, Metairie

Fat City Franks Nola are plump, colorful, and, most distinctly, Cajun. That means owners Allen and Dina Bryant add a Cajun twist to the classic American hot dog. Allen and Dina are locals, too, so they understand the culinary culture of the Metairie area, not to mention the culture generally. In that spirit, they host many charity events and sports parties where they encourage the Saints's rally cry: "Who dat!"
