I wanted to try out spin class, which is why I got the Groupon. The instructor was great for a first timer, helped us set up our bikes and the class itself is taught with adjustments for different levels of experience. I've been to the gym before, but it's been a few years, and it's just nice, clean, and full of amenities. Highly recommend if your looking to shake up your routine or just looking for a new gym without the initial sign up.
