I’m 43 and haven’t worked out in a long time. This class was challenging, but I didn’t feel like a weakling when I couldn’t do stuff. The teachers and other ladies in the class were very friendly.

Do not buy this Groupon! I have 3 classes I’d like to use left on my Groupon for this place and they didn’t allow me to based on their stupid rule of using it in one month.....
