They scammed me. They cancelled 3 appointments out of the 5 at last minute, were rude to me, didn’t return my calls, and refused to give me a refund. I had to move out of town at the end of the year and they promised that the process would be finished by now. They also told me that I needed to upgrade for a full Brazilian so I gave them another $200 that was supposed to go to a Groupon. It did not

I've only done one laser treatment with them so far. I have 4 more to go but my first experience was amazing. Zea is the bomb as others have noted, she gives a thorough explanation of the treatment process and has a comforting yet professional energy. The treatment itself is not very painful but it's a "unique" sensation. I plan on looking into their other procedures once I finish the laser series
