Hi Jonas! Thanks for your review, we really appreciate it. We always suggest to our clients to arrive 15min before to complete any type of paperwork, license and payment... in your case you arrived at 215pm when you were schedule to depart at 2pm, that means you had to arrive to the meeting location at 145pm, with this being said you lost your 2pm departure (Instructions on our confirmation text are very detailed to avoid having clients lost, you spent on a hotel 10min trying to find us, when the picture on the confirmation was very clear). We accommodate you on our 3pm spot and we also warned you about the weather... so we gave you an option to reschedule or refund your money. Your answer to this was "Let's wait". Like all of our clients they want to have the experience of riding a jetski but during summer in Miami rainy days are very unpredictable and the safety our clients are the most important in these situations. We really value our clients money, time and also expectations. Suggestion for next time: BE ON TIME! There's more people scheduled and their spots need to be respected also.
