My coach Jeff is really good in maintaining the balance between low pacers like me and cross fitters. i was skeptical on joining cross fit as i am a beginner in exercise, but i have made it through the first few classes. so yes i would recommend to levels of people into fitness.

Located on Miami Beach, half a block from the ocean, CrossFit A1A works to incorporate the ten critical components of a results-oriented fitness routine: cardio, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. Each one-hour class offers a different routine so that the workouts are constantly varied, but focus on the key elements of mastering weight lifting; conditioning and running; rowing and jumping rope, which all combine for a more skill-intensive workout. Taking advantage of its location, CrossFit A1A also offers a few workouts per week on the beach, and each class is capped at fifteen students for maximum one-on-one time. The rest of the time, devoted fitness-minded folks can train observed inside the spare white gym, using the ample equipment and reasonable space to shape their bodies using the core CrossFit regimen.
