After a decade spent running cafes on the Greek Island of Crete, Vassilios Dimotakis left his ancestral hometown to open a new venture—Eat Greek—near the sparkling waters of Biscayne Bay. There, he prepares his traditional Greek cuisine using olive oil, cheeses, and other ingredients imported from Crete. Diners can savor health-conscious delicacies such as grilled octopus and gourmet salads, or opt for juicy steaks and seafood platters named after Greek deities like Aphrodite, the goddess of love, and Hercules, the hero who famously won the first season of "Greek Ninja Warrior."
