They overbook. No assurance you can get on your trip on the expected day but if you are flexible might work. Go prior day and make them add your name to list and confirm or else you will miss spot.

If you’re considering buying this, RUN AWAY! This is by far the worst Groupon or tour experience we have ever had. This tour company will try and scam you. If you are using Groupon they place you in a separate line and tell you that if there is a spot left after othered that booked not through Groupon they will let you on. After hours in a line in the sun we were allowed to board part of our 3 part tour. We never did get the boat tour. We witnessed staff having a drug deal. There are no bathrooms or places to buy food. The tour company had us at their mercy from 8 am until 8 pm when we decided to take an uber to get out of there since the boat was oversold and we no longer any options. 0/5 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The staff at the store front were rude and unprofessional. I was supposed to have three tour experiences and was only able to do 2. The last tour was supposed to be a boat tour and when the bus dropped us off at around 4:45pm the guide told us our boat was waiting for us at 5pm. When I went to check in the boat service stated they didn’t have another boat available til 7pm. I called the tour company and they hung up on me twice when I was trying to ask when was the last tour bus that would be able to pick up and the tour company said 7:30pm so I wasn’t able to go on the boat ride because I would not have gotten a ride back and I did not want to have to pay an uber and lose more money. Do not choose this company they are disorganized, do not communicate well and rude.

We got the 3 in 1 tour package. It was a great deal and started out sonewhat a good experience. However, Our bus was late bc of traffic, which in turn mad us late for the boat so we either had to come back in two hours or comeback the next day. Neither was an option for us. So we missed out on the last boat ride. So sad.
