I would not recommend this tour company. Our tour from Miami to Key West started off very poorly. The bus arrived late, which already put us behind schedule. We were originally supposed to arrive in Key West around 10 AM, but instead we didn’t get there until 1 PM, cutting several hours off the time we were supposed to have there. Communication during this whole situation was terrible. We were left waiting on the street for nearly two hours for another bus with little to no updates from the company about what was happening. It was frustrating and very disorganized. What made it worse was that the company claimed they would extend our time in Key West to make up for the delay, but that never actually happened. We still had to leave at the originally scheduled time, which meant we lost a large part of the experience we paid for. Overall, the lack of communication, the long wait, and the false promise about extending the tour made this a very disappointing experience. I would not book with this company again.

This place is horrible, they don’t let you use the voucher- we called ahead of time to make a reservation. We got there and the lady at the counter was super rude & said I needed to get a refund and pay for the boat tour cash $55 per person. Then they offered us to take the bus tour for the voucher “for free” but redeemed our vouchers and the bus driver left us on the side of the highway. Smh

Never went on the tour, they did not honor the Groupon , would like a refund. They were rude and unprofessional, it felt like a scam!

It was fun didn’t have enough time 😳❤️👍😃 when we had to go get our tickets. It was hard to find. It took us almost 2 days to find our ticket place. Then we had to pay for him again, and then we got her money back, but yet it was a big. Confusion of the whole situation. And it was not good. Because nobody knew where the hell we needed to go. I went to the place three times where we got our tickets to get on the boat and they turned us around to someone else, so it’s very confusing.
