We loved the nostalgia of this 1930s hotel! The room was clean, the beds were comfortable! The hotel is ljust across the street from South Beach. You just can't beat the price and location! The staff were very accommodating.

The stay was great! The hotel is one block away from the beach and has an outdoor pool. The staff was friendly. However, i have 2 issues. First one is that there is a $150 resort fee, per room, that the voucher does not mention. For that price, we could have reserved a beachfront room. Also, there's a night guy that is not friendly at all. Total jerk.

Poor experience. Would have paid more for a better experience elsewhere. Heating & cooling in room didn’t work. There is a $28/day charge for internet & beach towels. The internet didnt work for 1st day and was slow for the rest of stay. The beach towels ran out & staff were unhelpful. I don’t leave 1 star reviews but this place cannot manage the basics. Guests seen complaining daily @ front desk.

Omg TERRIBLE stay! The AC was broken and we asked to get it fixed the maintenance man opened the ac filter in our room and a BUCKET of water fell on ME! And the AC didn’t get fixed and flooded our room. Also there was HOLE in one of the doors in our room. Ugh just SUPER GHETTO STAY.
