Do not do this tour … terrible experience from this Groupon. We purchased this on Groupon only to not have any available slots to use this. I called the company the provides the tour, and they suggested I contact Groupon. I sent them a message and hours later still no response, I went to the tour company at the time of the tour and they said that this Groupon is not even sold by them but a 3rd party, using their address. Lucky for me they seen something in the ad that helped them provide me a number for the 3rd party. I then got the tickets … they say it’s a 4.5hr tour but it’s under an hour. Then we were told to be back at the bus at 4 we waited for 20 mins because someone was missing. We leave only to come back to pick them up adding another 30 mins of our time. I suggest just take an Uber to the park and don’t get on the bus. Tickets to sawgrass are 26.95

Not worth spending money on Bus tour or boat tour.

It was fun riding the airboat despite the bad weather. We didn’t see alligators in the wilderness, but it was fully understandable. The only downside is that the transportation to and from the park was not efficient. We spent majority of the time on the road due to extra stops and bad traffic.

Everglades tour with the boat was great… but only 30 mn :(
