Ultimate Physique By Deandra, Miami Beach

Deandra has enjoyed a healthy lifestyle since she was a kid. So when she grew up and studied at the University of Miami, an exercise physiology degree was a natural fit. This former athlete is now a certified trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine. She also founded Ultimate Physique By Deandra—a training program that she tailors to each unique body type by blending various training methods. Her goal is to help her clients achieve their fitness goals, from losing weight to having one really strong bicep for arm wrestling.
