I feel that because I was a GROUPON customer, he (Carlos) rushed through my hair. I have extremely thick long hair. Not only did he charge me $20 extra because I have thick hair, but he did my shampoo, conditioning treatment, cut, thinned, and blow dried my hair in 55 minutes. I put 3 hours in the meter because i have never walked out of a salon in less than 2 hours because of my type of hair. Long story short, I had to do my own hair when I got home and was $32 poorer , since I Gave him a $12 tip (plus the groupon money I had already spent on the service). My hair wasn't even fully blowdried....I was very upset to say the least, especially since my baby shower was the following morning. Usually I say something...but I could tell he just wanted to be done with it...and honestly I was in shock that he didn't care to be proud of his work and was willing to send me home doing a half-a** job. I sent my husband a text saying "I should be done in the next 30 minutes"...right when I sent the text, he said "Okay you're done." and I looked at him and said "I"m done???....okay".. I don't know...it was very weird, like I said, I was shocked and I just didn't say anything when I obviously should have. I was too nice.

It was very difficult to make an appointment using my Groupon. The initial person answering the phone was very put out with all the Groupon calls and didn't want to be helpful. It was several months before I could get in. I gave it a good rating because the stylist, Eduardo, gave me a great haircut, and was extremely good. I will go back, but only to him.
