unethical business, I called and was told they had availability for the date/time I needed and then when I went to reserve they told me they didn't have that availability and WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. They said "if you wanted a specific time you shouldn't have bought a Groupon you should have paid the full price". I tried emailing them and calling and everyone gave the same horrible energy and was extremely rude. So not give your money to this company.

Our tour guide was late, and we did not receive clear instructions on how to connect with her upon arrival to Liberty Island. When we did connect we discovered the tour was being given mostly in Spanish. Also we did not realize that THE TOUR DOES NOT INCLUDE ACCESS INSIDE THE STATUE, so be aware of this and get tickets through the park service well in advance!

This is a horrible website!! I bought -0’tickets as gifts for my family and some one redeemed them by hacking my Groupon account. This company is t willing to help me with this matter and I would not recommend them. Definitely don’t use their Groupon site as you never know who is going to use your tickets. So disappointed. It was supposed to be a fun family moment to show NYC to my family.
