Perfect. I visited with my aunt and we were both treated like royalty. We will return again, again and again

I specifically paid for a Groupon Swedish Massage, with European Facial, Chocolates, Fruit and Wine. And what I received was a deep tissue massage with a 10 minute foot scrub, if even. We didn't begin our massage until a little after 2:15pm due to you guys still setting up although the appt was for 2pm and I was waiting by 1:50pm filling out paperwork. Then the fact there was someone who opened the room door, not once but twice while we were getting our massages. Not only did they come in without knocking but left the room door cracked wide open for at least 5 minutes before I asked about privacy and had the lady stop to close the door. Mind you we're undressed, no privacy. All my boyfriend could talk about was getting a facial. I trusted you guys again, over all other companies to provide us the service which I specified. Which completely ruined my boyfriend birthday surprise. I said something to the receptionist and she said that's what I setup. I offered to show her proof on my phone being I had the Voucher pulled up. She said she'll check on her back end, went to sit down and never followed up with me. Once she seen we finally got up to leave after about 5 minutes passed and I said something to her, she then placed blame on the system rather than taking accountability. My boyfriend is not confrontational so I allowed it to go over my head at the moment so I wouldn't make a big deal. Rather than making it right right then and there, she offered to book another appt and maybe she can then give me a discount MAYBE, but woudn't put it in writing. I got whatever service you guys wanted to provide me despite me paying my money, and gave me less than what I paid. I am not happy with how I was handled. The receptionist name starts with an A, at the Miami location. I am leaving a bad review on Groupon, Google and Better Business Bureau. Sincerely, A not so happy former client!
