When boarding at the stop 3 in South Beach, there was no organization to boarding. We had to wait for the 3rd bus to come in order to get on, as people who arrived and purchased tickets after us pushed ahead and cut in front to board. This put our entire day about an hour behind schedule. Once we were on board, the experience was fine. Great weather and interesting commentary provided by the recording accessed via headphones.

It was hot inside the bus and the first driver tried to fix it but not much was coming out not working. We asked the second driver for him to just open a window if possible as the first one said it wasn't working, we wanted to sit inside but it's either cold air blasting to the max or so low that you're still sweating. His response you can go sit up it's hot but you'll get wind once in a while.
