There are no issues with the service or the staff. The service received and the willingness of the staff to help were great. However, the way the groupon is advertised is misleading. Just to give you some examples. It says a 50% saving, which is not true. The regular tune up costs $65.00 instead of the $100.00 indicated in the advertisement. When I purchased I thought it was worth $100.00 because of the re-wrapping of the handles but that was not done, although is listed as included.
