TFiT360’s high-intensity outdoor boot-camp classes foster more than just ripped muscles and increased stamina: they also foster community. That’s the goal at least, and the reason why founder Tomas Echavarria trains every one of his instructors personally. The point is to create a family atmosphere in which all participants can encourage each other during workouts and tug-of-war bouts with the last noodle of spaghetti. The classes utilize advanced physical training equipment, and move at a pace that's demanding enough for advanced students yet easy enough for beginners to feel their way through.
