This specific location is horrible. Not once, not twice, but maybe 10 times I've gone to this location (Alton Rd on Miami beach! Service is horrendous!!! So rude. Not complacent whatsoever. Upset at fact we had groupon. Hate coming here.

I went to chicken kitchen at Alton road and the experience was not the best one specially because I was using the groupon, they did not want to received, well the cashier did not know how to use it and I had to wait for 20 minutes and she wanted to charge me more money, nevertheless my Food was cold. I won't come back anymore!
