I had to call the night before to confirm because they never called. Once the "owner" arrived he immediately said he had to leave because of another appointment. Then said he rather give me a refund! I had really been looking forward to this! Very unprofessional.

First time using this service I bought the service for two sessions, after coming once I scheduled the second session for sometime in April and had to cancel. I called and texted to reschedule and never heard back. Didn’t like that the person used a spray bottle with bleach and a rag to do the mopping instead of a bucket of water and solution.
