Worst car rental experience I've ever had. We reserved a car online and CALLED to confirm the vehicle. When we arrived, there were no cars. Despite my confirmation #+email, they scoffed at us, said there was no reservation. Took >1.5h to get car

Don't be afraid to book online. However, if you are going to use a Groupon vocher, I suggest emailing your reservation details and calling during office hours to follow up on your reservation confirmation.
