Diners can choose from 12 specialty rolls such as the Honey Moon, featuring crab salad, avocado, cream cheese, shrimp, and coconut, or try five varieties of ceviche flavored both with Latin-American-style cilantro and peppers and Japanese-style yuzu sauce.
