Having an appointment meant nothing. The registration line, class and then waiting to ride took way too long. I initially had a 2pm appointment but did not ride until 5pm.

stick to renting day-use and weekly... IF offering this type of groupon work with CUSTOMERS... way too many cancellations and lack of days they can be used...
