This is NOT Cross-Fit. The trainers are actually CERTIFIED (not to be confused with Licensed) Fitness professionals which means they know what they're doing and you won't get hurt if you do what they tell you. They have certifications in personal training, fitness, physical therapy, and nutrition. This is a group of true, dedicated, fitness professionals.
