The experience was very unprofessional. I was left alone multiple times while the masseuse attended to other clients, and at one point I had to get up from the table myself to inform staff that the treatment machine had finished. I was left waiting for extended periods, and the entire visit ended up lasting nearly two hours. Additionally, family members were present, which contributed to an unprofessional and distracting environment.
