The experience was nice. To be out on water, on a Sunday was a wonderful feeling. The food was great. The employees were funny and very entertaining. However, they lost major scoring points for two things. One, closing of the lower level of the boat. Second, that EXTREMELY HIGH plank at the end off the boat ride.

Horrible! After showing up a half hour after boarding was scheduled to begin... We waited a half hour in the rain to board. Food wasn't as promised! The groupon mentions fried chicken, waffles, fruit, etc. However, all we were offered were eggs from a carton, potatoes, and baked chicken. They even had the nerve to run out of potatoes for about 20 minutes. The manager noticed & didn't care.
