They have no customer service! I emailed a few times and they sent automated responses. I emailed back stating that a pre-written reply didn't answer my questions and they never answered. I also called and left several messages.... no luck. I finally went to the South Beach location and they seemed to be closed. I now learn that they are indeed closed. I cannot believe there's no way to get in touch with anyone at their studio. All I wanted to know was how to book classes at their South Beach location (cause their website only lists the place in Coral Gables)
