Love this place! Great workout! Sonja is a wonderful instructor. The women’s semi private class is lots of fun. Highly recommend this class. If you want to enjoy getting in shape, this is for you.

They took me outside with about eight other people and told me to do squats and then run. That’s not training

Love the kind treatment I received today on my 1st visit. Everyone was so friendly & helpful, especially Sonja, my trainer. She was very good to me & these old bones & weak muscles.
