Classic rock is everywhere at Rock That Burger. Album covers and band posters make up the mosaic wallpaper, old tunes play through the speakers, and the menu even features burgers and hot dogs named after hit songs. Although the restaurant sticks to the classics in music, its creativity shines through in the kitchen. Chefs grill up burgers with a range of gourmet toppings, ranging from the french fries and american cheese of the Boys of Summer to the Ring of Fire's grilled jalapeños and onions topped with spicy chipotle and cilantro mayos. These same unique ingredients add some pizzazz to the signature hot dogs. Both burgers and dogs pair well with pints of beer or the house milk shakes, which come in chocolate, vanilla, or strawberry. But beware: if you get the Hotel California burger, you can never leave—at least not without a minty remedy for your onion breath.
