Santa's Enchanted Forest, Miami

The employees were rude and wouldn't give me a cup of water to take my medication. When I tried to redeem my voucher at the pizza place the employee told me to walk back to the entrance of the park for a signature to verify my voucher wasn't a counterfeit when I was already in the park for more than three hours. If I hadn't purchased the groupon I would not have attended Santa's Enchanted Forest because the prices are too outrageous.

They should have anticipated the turnout and had more people to check in those folks with Groupons, as it was a long wait. They should also open it up for more than just the first weekend.

We purchased what we we sold as a day admission ,full access plus snacks drinks, etc.. we arrived in the afternoon but were locked out waiting on line for hours, the purchase did not indicate it was limited to eveng hours, even on a Sunday, this place is supposed to family freindly for children. We were given coupon not actaul food& drinks..and most stands inside would not honor any of the coupons, when we complained we were told they would call security " on us"!! We were "Prepaying Customers"! Also most of the rides had high additional charges , the prepay deal was useless !!

The groupon line way very long & moved very slow.. Maybe next time they should have an extra groupon booth... Aside for that everything would great my son had a great time.
