This classically trained dancer brings her experience as a dance company director and master-class teacher to lead intense workout sessions that blend rhythmic dance moves with a cardio workout. As music fills the room, students perform sultry video-style dance moves that strengthen their arms, abs, legs, and butt, so they don't feel obligated to dead-lift the TV when they get home.
