Who is Talia and what's DANCEFX all about? I am a mother, a teacher, and I've been through it just like you. I used to believe I didn't have time, was selfish for taking time for me, had no motivation or drive, wasn't strong enough of capable of change, but dance helped me believe in the magic. 

Because dance fitness is not really about technique and intricate choreography, I was able to discover myself differently, stay motivated, fall in love with the process, and change from within. It's been 4 years since I became an instructor and my goal is for my participants to dance not to show off, but to surrender to the music and movement while sharing a passion and having a sense of community. No one judging, find your own pace, connect with yourself, and learn how movement is medicine. 

What makes us special is who we are not what we do. We encourage you to strive for joy not perfection. Participating in this class will remind you that you are a work in progress and a masterpiece at the same time.

All levels are welcome, easy to follow choreography. DANCEFX is your RX for the soul.
