Absolutely ZERO response when you try to book your trip with them. I was texting, calling, emailing them THREE days in a row to book our activity for several people, which was paid for through Groupon, Got NO answer at all. Had to drive there for 1 hour to find someone working at that their location in Miami, wasted 2 hours looking for person responsible for asnwering texts or emails, noone could help. Absolute nightmare for people with limited holiday time to book with them through Groupon.

They didn't respond properly to emails and texts while trying to make a reservation. Also, they took an additional $5 fee for each user, (my voucher was boat ride for 2 people, they took $10 additional), claiming it was a same-day fee, while I tried to use the voucher in person, even though I had purchased it a couple of weeks ago.

Amazing fun experience! The island where we snorkeled was beautiful and explorative and they let us keep empty beautiful shells! The booking was a bit confusing and annoying, and they do charge an extra $6 before u get on boat for tax’s etc. but once u show up you have a great time!

Really bad service, they didn’t accept the cupon and when we ask for the refund they said no. Is a scam, don’t take this service
