I purchased the complete detail (interior&exterior) and was very disappointed! It was not hand washed, as there was still dirt on both side mirrors. The floor mats were put back in over wet carpet, causing a terrible odor the next day. Never again!

When I first made my appointment, the owner told me that my 10:30 appointment would take 2-2.5 hours. I arrived at 12:00 figuring I could wait alittle while. He advised me that it would not be done for another 3 hours. He was not friendly. When I received my car, the bugs had not been taken off of the front of my car, there was some type of overspray all over the inside of my windows and the insides of the doors still had scuff marks that hadn't been removed. There was also still dirt in the carpet that had not been swept. All in all the service was horrible and I don't feel that I received $49 worth of good service.

Great service. My car was covered in salt, inside and out. When I picked it up it looked like a new car.
