Skydive Horizonz, Michigan City

I purchased drove an hour out to the site. Because of weather condition they weren't flying out. Which I completely understand. They made me and my friends just watch a simple video and we drove back home. They said you can come by anytime to redeem it, and that it will be valid for a year. We never heard back from them. Their was no way to contact them. We lost all our money and this was a complete waste of our time, energy, and money. All our excitement was turned into sorrow.

Very unprofessional. Bought photos and video, but never sent it. Did not refund me, and had to contact my bank to get my money back.

Went in August of 2013. We waited for 4 hours past our jump time before we got to go. Paid $80 for pictures that I still have not yet received and they have stopped returning my calls and emails and it is now February, 2014.

Skydive Horizonz is the worst company to deal with. It has been 3 months and I have yet to receive my premium photo package. Not only that, but they don't pick up your phone calls. Apparently many people are having the same problem...
