I was new to the area and looking for a new dentist when I found this offer. If you're going to offer a Groupon, your customer service reps should know what services are included in it when booking appointments. I called to book my exam, x-rays, and cleaning...and somehow the day I showed up, no cleaning had been scheduled, and no one was available to do it...and I got treated like this was somehow my fault. And that was only after being ignored for at least 5 minutes after I walked up to the front counter. Then, the x-ray tech proceeded to ask me THREE separate times if I was pregnant before doing the x-rays...I'm 24 and intelligent...I meant it when I said NO the first time. Unprofessional. Only went because I had a Groupon. Never again. Also, after original appointment where I only got an exam and x-rays, it took over a month to get me in for the cleaning. I will take my business elsewhere.

Staff was friendly and my teeth were cleaned well. Thank you. I will return.

I paid for 2 dental cleanings and they only honored 1. They said they couldn't clean my sons teeth until he had all this other work done which he had no money for. Hence the groupon to get a CLEANING! They should have cleaned his teeth or refunded me the amount that it would have cost for the cleaning.
