it was okay. Very persistent on tips which was super annoying if i’m not mistaken they actually had something posted (at the time) stating they would appreciate nothing less than $10 or something along those lines. Wouldn’t visit again just for that

Courteous service, warm hospitality, nice facilities and my deep tissue massage therapist was excellent and professional.

Was very nice .

March 18, 2019 I would like to report a gross violation of customer's rights, total disrespect, and humiliation of me by the owner of Spa Health Land located at 299 US Highway 22 East, Green Brook, N.J. 08812. My husband Eric J. Nagel purchased me a Groupon for a 60 minute Facial at Spa Health Land. I made an appointment for 2pm on Friday March 15. As I am writing this letter, I am going through the emotions of humiliation, violation of my rights, and threat! After 10 minutes of facial massage, I informed the worker that I made a reservation for a facial and not for facial massage. She informed me the owner of the spa gave her the instruction to not give me a facial, but give me a facial massage. I asked her to bring the manager. The manager in very poor English offered me a body massage instead. I declined the offer and asked to see the owner. He came in and started yelling at me and repeated many times, "Get out from here"! At this point I was still lying down. He came so close to me that instinctively I put my hands out to protect myself and asked him to respect my space and me. He slammed the door and left. I was in total shock by his unprecedented behavior. My heart was pounding so fast. It is pounding very fast as I am recounting this horrible story to you. I got sick to my stomach and almost threw up. I was threatened and humiliated. It took me about 20 minutes just to compose my self. As I was walking out, the owner asked me to pay the tax of $4 I told him that I did not receive the service I already paid for and therefore would not pay it He started yelling at me again and told me he will call the police(!). He recommended I sort out the issue with Groupon. To avoid the total madness and escalation of this horrible situation, I gave him the $4 and walked away. I was so upset that I could not drive my car for 15 minutes. The owner of this spa is a dangerous man and should not serve people. Needless to say I expect to receive my money back.
