I would like the instructor to initially give a brief introduction of what she is going to do before she starts the class. Show couple of her moves. It was my 1st Zumba class and I had no idea of the moves and rhythm-it was fast. I do not want to hurt myself with a move which is difficult or unknown. Also would like to have space between people. It gets cramped and tight and sweaty with 15 ladies moving.
