Groupon was for $120 worth of services. Salon would only allow it to be used on a facial. Quality of service was poor. Very noisy, distracting, music was linked to her iphone so it would pause and charm when a text came in. During my facial, the therapist answered her cell phone and exited the room with no apology. Later, after applying a mask, a kitchen timer was used on the shelf above the bed so I heard a constant tick tock of the timer and it took her a minute or so to come back when the mask was done. Mind you, a full buzzer was going off above my head the whole time. When she came back to remove the mask, her hands smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Will never go back here again. Would not go back if the service was free.

I would give this spa and salon zero stars if I could. I had to call and get a full voicemail box multiple times before making an appointment. I finally got someone to answer with a simple "hello". The day of my appointment my Groupon was denied because I chose to print it instead of having it on my phone. I actually contacted Groupon and got a refund because I refuse to go back to that place.
