Back in 2015, Tone & Syn went on a fitness journey. They knew they needed a change in their lives and set out to improve themselves by gaining a deep understanding of what the body needs and how best to provide it. This journey led them to open Juiced by Shic, a juice and smoothie bar serving up nutritious drinks that give the body what it sorely needs. When making their cold-pressed juices, for instance, they extract the juice using pressure and not heat in order to reduce the juice's exposure to air thus preserving vital nutrients. Their detox programs, meanwhile, aim to rid the body of damaging toxins in order to help provide a boost to energy levels while reducing fatigue.
