The experience itself was not bad - I found the owner and workers pleasant to work with. The work on the headlight was great - it is actually better looking and more clear than the new headlight I purchased for the other side.
However, when I got home, I saw that a portion of the paint around the headlight was missing... it appears that tape was used to keep the light in place.. and when that tape was removed, so was the top coat of paint.
The car is at another auto body shop now to be repaired.
