What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Besides my passion for helping people, I have many years of knowledge, research and time in the fitness industry. I train all aspects of fitness to ensure I can meet the needs of all my clients. You are my priority.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Progress. That in itself is the key motivating factor. I pride myself on knowing that if you follow the plan we decide together, results will follow.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My passion for fitness and helping people see their own capabilities through strength training. My love of education and teaching people about improving their quality of life is what is most enjoyable about my job.

What do you love most about your job?
The connections and relationships I make with my clients. I get to learn about many people, change their life, help them regain confidence and learn to love themselves again. Really, I am the one who receives so much more.
