In addition to Martial Arts and Tai Chi classes, we offer an amazing Fitness Muay Thai Kickboxing program, it's the fastest proven way to get in shape. It will stimulate your mind and your body, you will have more energy and stress will disappear. Fitness Muay Thai Kickboxing is based on boxing punches, Thai Fighting with knees, elbows and low knees, bag work and core strengthening. You will lose weight, your body composition will change all while learning fun and exciting moves simple for self-defense.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Giving back to the community and help other people to better their lives with our character building and fitness skills.

What do you love most about your job?

Making people happy, changing identities and creating leaders.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

WOW, the experience was incredible, you went above and beyond the call of duty and my family and I love Tokyo Joe's Studios.
